Refund Policy
Version 1.0 · Last updated:
NomiPad is made and sold by FOP Artem Maliuha, trading as Invis Matters. Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.
1. In short
- Full refund within 14 days of any NomiPad Pro payment, including each yearly renewal, for any reason, no questions asked.
- Ask at paddle.net or email support@nomipad.com.
- You can cancel Pro at any time; it then works until the end of the year you paid for.
- After a refund or when Pro ends, NomiPad goes back to the Free plan. Your files are never locked.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and sits alongside Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
2. 14-day money-back guarantee
If NomiPad Pro isn’t right for you, you get your money back: within 14 days of the first payment, and within 14 days of each yearly renewal payment (so a renewal you forgot about can be refunded too).
The refund is the full amount you paid, including any tax Paddle charged. You don’t have to give a reason, and you don’t have to stop using the free version.
The Free plan is free, so there is nothing to refund. It works without a time limit, so you can try NomiPad fully before you buy.
3. How to ask for a refund
Either way works:
- Through Paddle: go to paddle.net, find your order with the email you used at checkout, and choose “Request refund”. The receipt email from Paddle also has a link.
- Through us: email support@nomipad.com from the address on your NomiPad account, and include the order number from your receipt if you have it. We ask Paddle to refund you, usually within two business days.
Paddle returns the money to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually shows up within 5–10 business days.
4. What happens after a refund
The refunded subscription is cancelled straight away, so it won’t renew, and Pro ends. NomiPad goes back to the Free plan the next time it checks your license, or at the latest when the license on your computer reaches its end date. Your account, your settings and your files are untouched. You can buy again later if you change your mind.
5. Cancelling Pro
You can cancel a Pro subscription at any time: use the subscription link in your Paddle receipt email, go to paddle.net, or write to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the year you already paid for, and then NomiPad goes back to Free. Cancelling on its own doesn’t refund the current year; to get your money back for it, ask within 14 days of the payment as described above.
6. After 14 days
After 14 days payments are not normally refundable, and there are no partial refunds for part of a Pro year. We always refund, whenever you ask:
- a duplicate or mistaken charge, or a renewal charged after you had cancelled;
- a subscription we can’t deliver, for example if the license can’t be activated and we can’t fix it;
- the unused part of a Pro year if we end your license through no fault of yours or stop selling NomiPad (see Terms, section 14).
If something else went wrong, write to us anyway: we would rather sort it out than leave you unhappy. Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank; it is slower for you and we can usually help within a day or two.
7. Your legal rights
This policy adds to your legal rights; it does not replace them. If the law where you live, or Paddle’s Buyer Terms, give you a longer or stronger right to cancel or get a refund (including the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK, or a remedy for faulty digital content), that right applies.
