Orders, receipts and refunds
Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Look up an order, get a receipt or invoice, cancel Pro or request a refund at paddle.net, or write to us. Every Pro payment has a 14-day money-back guarantee: see the Refund Policy.
Signing in to the app
In NomiPad, click Free in the status bar (or “I have a license” on the start-up reminder) and sign in with your account’s email and password. If it doesn’t work, write to us from that email address.
